2. Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed by contacting us via the website, email or social media using provided pay links.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Stripe.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.

You must ensure the details you provide are accurate and complete for billing and fulfilment purposes.
3. Product Information

All flowers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equivalent value and quality without notice.

Flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

Due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, variations in colour or variety may occur.
4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Delivery charges (if any) are clearly indicated at checkout, before you complete your order.
5. Delivery

Subject only to availability, we deliver to addresses within 3 miles of Stanton Drew, Bristol.

Delivery dates and times are estimates; while we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability may require redelivery at additional cost.
6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted if the flowers are damaged or do not match your order.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs if possible.

All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flowers fresh water and to be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If it is deemed that the products have not been cared for properly then we may not refund or offer an exchange of product.

We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion if the complaint is valid.

Refunds are not given for issues of taste, preference, or improper care once delivered.

Returns may not be accepted for bespoke/custom orders unless faulty.

If flowers are left as requested but deteriorate because of recipient absence, no refund will be provided.
7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for fresh flower orders must be made at least 48hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date.

Cancellations after this period may not be possible as flowers are perishable and may have already been prepared or dispatched.

Any approved refund is subject to an administration fee of up to 25% of the original order value.
8. Liability

We guarantee our flowers will be fresh and of satisfactory quality on delivery. Should you not be satisfied, please contact us promptly.

Our liability for loss or damage arising from your order is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or consequential damages.
9. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our flowers must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

Please be aware: UK regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) exclude fresh flowers and other perishable goods from the usual “right to cancel”—meaning you do not have an automatic right to change your mind and return the flowers, unless faulty.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws (including GDPR).
